How It Works:

If you have a one-off requirement for man with a van hire services CALL OR EMAIL US WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• collection address including postcode
• delivery address including postcode
• description of items (eg 20 boxes, or 4 pallets - and we'll need an idea of what we're carrying for health and safety reasons)

When required (eg, when next in area, by end of week, tomorrow or, 'help - we need it there like yesterday!') we can often reduce the price if there's no rush and we can group your delivery with others.

• We'll get back to you with a fixed price
• You accept the price
• We do the job as agreed
• We bring you signed proof of delivery
• You pay us - credit card, debit card, cash or cheque
• We give you a receipt
• Job done.

If you have a regular requirement:

Email or call us with an outline of your needs. We'll have a chat or meet up to discuss how best we can help you.

We can transport most items, but not chemicals, explosives, flammables, wholesale quantities of medicines, or large quantities of high value 'target items' like computers, ipods, alcohol, tobacco, etc.

If international, we'll require any Customs clearance forms to have been completed so that we can have a smooth run through security and customs checks at the ferry port. We also require 50% payment up front for international work as we'll be incurring the ferry and road toll costs before we ask you for the balance on completion of the job.

Private customers:

We'll happily transport anything you need moving - maybe you've bought something large on ebay? You can always ask us for a quote before you bid so you'll know the total cost of item and transport in advance. Bought something from a furniture store and want it collected straight away? Want a number of large bags of compost collecting from the garden centre? How to get the timber and boards you bought at the diy store home? Maybe there's a group of you going to the airport and you have a large quantity of luggage that won't fit in your cars? We can carry up to two passengers in the van at no extra charge, so we may be cheaper than a taxi for airport runs.
