• Van + 2 porters (We'll move from single rooms to 2-bedroom houses or small 3-bed properties. Larger than that, we can hire in extra vehicles and additional staff, but you may be better off using a traditional removals firm - eg the Pickfords type company).

In short, if you need anything moving and it'll fit in our large van, we'll be happy to move it for you.

What are our costs?

For local removals, we tend to work on an hourly rate of £40 for van, driver and porter. Alternatively, we can supply just 'van and man' for £30 per hour. You are welcome to act as extra porters to speed the job up, or you can leave us to it - the choice is yours, but don't pack the kettle...

If you'd prefer to work on a fixed price, that's fine. We'll be happy to visit you and give you a fixed quotation. For a van with 2 crew on a local move, we charge £200 per half day and £400 per full day.

Bear in mind that we are here to help, so talk to us about what you need to do and we'll sort out how to do it.

No Vat charged. Charged extra if applicable are road, tunnel, bridge and ferry tolls, parking charges, costs for nights out, congestion charge payments. Hourly rate: minimum 2 hours charged for.

Our new vans have the latest euro 4 engine, so exceeds the new London Emission Zone regulations which will prevent older, more polluting vehicles from entering the area encircled by the M25. So we'll still be able to deliver and collect in the London area.

A money saving tip... if your are local and moving house, why not rent the storage a few days before and move what you can in your car, leaving the bigger items for the van. This way you'll need the van for a shorter time and we charge by the hour... It'll also take some of the pressure off on moving day if you have less to move.

West Midlands, Warwickshire and Birmingham Removals

Home Removals

Local moves, where all items are downstairs ready and there are two people loading, usually take about 4 to 5 hours from arrival at house to closing the doors on the full storage unit, or moving to your new house. (Based on a 2-bed house). We'll usually shuttle back and forth 2 or 3 times with the van on local moves.

For longer distances we'll quote you a fixed price which will depend upon how much you have to move and how many vehicles and staff we require.

Obviously time taken for a job can vary greatly due to amount to be moved, distance travelled and ease of access. We pride ourselves on arriving on time and getting the job done promptly.

We are also happy to offer a general collection & delivery service for any goods or items.  Bought a lot of furniture or flatpack kitchen?  Maybe won a large item on ebay? We'll go and get it! For 'van and driver' work we will give you a fixed price. The price varies depending upon location and what we need to do.

We'll go almost anywhere - furthest south we've been so far is Barcelona and furthest north was Aberdeen.

Office Removals

Businesses: if you have a requirement for occasional, ad-hoc or regular deliveries, we'll be happy to help. Just give us a call and we'll see what we can do to help, and have a look at our 'light haulage' page on this website.

Student and Furniture Removals

We'll move you and your stuff to your digs, on-campus accomodation, home, or anywhere. We can carry up to two passengers in the van, so why not try to share the move with another student and share the cost? We'll give you a fixed price so you know where you are. As an example, Warwick University to Central London costs £150. We also relocate hotel and medical staff.

Doctor and Medical Staff Moves

We also offer a similar service for Junior Doctors and other medical professionals who regularly relocate to different NHS Trust hospitals.

Again, travel in the van if you wish. Times can be arranged to fit in with hospital shifts. We are happy to provide a receipt for reclaim of expenses from the NHS Hospital Trust.

We are located close to Warwick Hospital and Walsgrave Hospital in Coventry, as well as Rugby St Cross Hospital. However, we are happy to offer a relocation service to and from any UK hospital or medical centre.

Hotel Staff Moves

We also provide a man and van relocations service for hotel staff – for example chefs and catering staff, management, reception and administration personnel. So, give us a call and we’ll be happy to give you a price.
