A few years ago we rented a self storage unit. It was dirty, leaked, had restricted access hours, the staff were off-hand and it was expensive. We thought we could do a lot better, which is why we opened our own facility. We've provided new, clean, dry units with easy access, and we have a 'can do' helpful attitude.
