OUR SELF STORAGE UNITS ARE BRAND NEW 'FURNITURE GRADE' - THEY HAVE WOODEN FLOORS, ANTI-CONDENSATION PAINT, VENTILATION AND RUBBER DOOR SEALS, SO YOUR POSSESSIONS WILL BE SAFE, SECURE, CLEAN AND DRY. The two sizes we offer are
20ft x 8ft x 8ft, 150 square feet, approx 1200 cubic feet;
or 10ft x 8ft x 8ft, 75 square feet, 561 cubic feet.

BASED ON A SMALL INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, OUR PREMISES CONSIST OF AN OPEN-AIR COMPOUND SURROUNDED BY A SECURITY FENCE. WE HAVE CCTV AND NIGHT PATROLS ARE PROVIDED BY MANOR SECURITY.
HOW IT WORKS:
ACCESS TO THE PREMISES IS BY A CODED GATE. WE TELL YOU THE CODE SO YOU CAN LET YOURSELF IN AT ANY TIME. YOUR UNIT WILL BE FITTED WITH A 'LOCK BOX', INSIDE WHICH IS A FITTING TO TAKE A STANDARD PADLOCK. YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN PADLOCK AND KEEP ALL THE KEYS - FOR SECURITY WE DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR UNIT. (THE LOCK BOX STOPS ANYONE CUTTING YOUR PADLOCK OFF, SO DON'T LOSE YOUR KEYS!) YOU CAN ADD UP TO FIVE MORE PADLOCKS IF YOU WISH. IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT.
WHAT IT COSTS: (Apart from a £100 returnable deposit, these are fully inclusive prices - there are no extra charges. Be aware of this when comparing our prices with our competitors!)

You can drive right up to (or into!) the ground floor units. The upper units are accessed via mobile stairs - we'll show you how to use these if you book an upper unit. HOW DO I PAY?
We welcome credit & debit cards, direct debits, bank transfers, standing orders. We usually hold the card number on file and simply take the agreed amount each month; saves you having to remember to send the rent or deal with invoices etc. We don't charge a premium for credit cards either. If you require a receipt we're happy to issue one each time a payment is taken. We prefer not to accept cash as we often find that we struggle to collect subsequent payments.
HOW DO I BOOK A UNIT?
Give us a call or send us an email a few days before you require storage. We can then guarantee to have a unit ready and waiting for you. When you arrive, (we're open 7 days a week), we'll ask you to complete a short rental agreement and to pay for the first month's rental, plus £100 deposit that we'll return when you vacate the unit. (If you want the unit for less than a month, we'll refund the unexpired rent to the nearest full week when you vacate, along with the deposit).
When your rent expires, we'll give you a call or send you a text and ask for another month's payment, which we can take from you in person or take over the phone by credit or debit card.
HOW DO I VACATE?
Simply give us a call about a week beforehand. When your unit is empty and available to relet, we'll refund your deposit and any unexpired rent to the nearest full week onto your credit or debit card, so long as you have given us a full week's notice. If not, we'll keep a week's rent in lieu of notice.
WORRIED ABOUT GETTING YOUR ITEMS INTO AN UPPER UNIT?
Don't be! Obviously certain items do require a ground floor unit; it's a bit of a problem getting a car up the stairs for example. However, many of our upper units have household furniture including beds, wardrobes, fridge freezers and settees stored in them. Our stairs are easy to operate - we'll show you how when you arrive - and if you don't want to shift the stuff up the stairs yourself, or want even more help, we can provide a porter at £10 per hour. And remember, you're saving a fiver a week over the cost of a ground floor unit.

We are offering a free collection service for customers who book a minimum of 3 months storage and pay in advance. We generally limit this offer to 150 mile radius of Nuneaton, CV10 0RG.
We normally only collect free on Mondays to Thursdays, although we can sometimes do Fridays and weekends but these tend to be busier days for our vans and we'd rather they be out on paying jobs those days. However, if it must be Friday or the weekend, do ask and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
Offer is limited to one load of our 15 cubic metre capacity van; extra loads would be chargeable.
